What's New At the Cygnus Support Web Server

This is a list of new things accessable or updated on our server, both work-related and recreational. We leave it to you to decide which is which.

January 26, 1996

We have a Web page for the gnu-win32 project, including pointers to documentation, an FAQ, pointers to the mailing list archives, and links to the latest beta release!

December 12, 1995

The new Cygnus Support Christmas Pages are now online. We've got a train set that people on the net can control and see, a holiday card server, and a virtual Christmas tree. To bring you this tree, we have overcome hardware configuration problems, power failures, inclement weather, and a characteristic lack of artistic skill. Have fun!

The Cygnus Support Online Library now features HTML versions of the documentation from our recent 95q4 release. Release notes and Installation notes are also included. You can also download the HTML distribution to use on your site from ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/pub/doc/95q4-html-doc.tar.gz. Please notify the Documentation Department at doc@cygnus.com if you have any problems.

Tom Lord has written a paper, The Guile Architecture for Ubiquitous Computing, for the Usenix Tcl/Tk Workshop '95. It is also available in PostScript format.

ISO/ANSI C++ committee has made the current Working Paper available for public review; we have a copy of it here in HTML format; it is available elsewhere in PostScript and PDF formats.

Our new clickable front page is on-line!! After thousands of hours of consultation from five PR/ad firms, they came up with this masterpiece of art. Feel free to send us your rants, raves and flames about it.
