Mailing-lists

This page contains HTML-ised e-mail messages. E-LIST is the only mailing list to be stored entirely. Other mails are either subsets of some other mailing-lists or the messages forwarded by users of Eesti-Info. This section will be under continuous development, so please contribute the ideas or interesting pointers to other services. Please send your messages to an address

• E-LIST is a mailing list in Estonian and English. The subject is Estonia-related news, info, discussions etc. All the messages and/or requests are handled by Jaak Vilo, and should be sent to

• BALT-L is in English and meant for discussions and news about all three Baltic countries.
• Baltics-related postings from news (soc.culture.baltics, etc) and other sources. Check also BALT-L.
• Announcements and pointers to Internet services is a collection of e-mail, mailin-list, and USENET news messages that could have some interesting pointers to new sources of information. This is very subjective list. Also, if the list grows, it can be divided further into sublists. The lists on specific topics will then be pointed to from other places of Eesti-Info also. For example, if somebody would like continuosly contribute to Estonian History related material, then the specific subject folder can be created, and the pointer from http://muhu.helsinki.fi/By_Subject/History/ to given group would be added.

• Educational (?) texts from USENET.
• Humorous messages. Some can be untasty.
• Estonian Unix User Group (EUPS)
