Hyperreal is dedicated to providing a home for emerging
artforms based around technology and progressive culture. It easily follows
that some of our
staff are
artists themselves. Below are some of our volunteers who are exploring
new avenues in music, graphics, and digital art.

Rob Campanell is the producer
of the computer animation/techno music video program
Cyberia. This site features program
guides, quicktime music video clips and quicktime videos for some of the
virtual environments created on the show.

Matthew Corwine, in addition to writing for
XLR8R and co-publishing the Northwest
US techno-zine Resonance, composes techno music. His work has appears on
Visible Records as well as New York's Oxygen Music Works.

Francois Dion also writes
music
and operates his own multimedia label
IdMEDIA.

Sami Khoury comprises part of the group
Induction alongside Tom Butcher
and Wes Pearson, and is a partner in
Orbitrecords. He is also working
in conjunction with the Berkeley Contemporary Opera in its production of
Neuromancer.

Mike Perkowitz composes and records as
Tintinnabulation and is also part of
Acidophilus. He's also a partner in the Seattle techno label
Groove Needle
Records.

Todd Sines is very successful in his recording
efforts as .xtrak, and Todd's work appears on
the prestigious Peacefrog record label.

Jeff Taylor composes techno music as
Deluxe, and is signed to
Ultra Violet Recordings

Tom Butcher also records music with
Induction and
composes experimental electronic dance music as
x09. He is currently
developing electronic sculpture and installations and is
involved with Roger Dannenber's computer music team at Carnegie-Mellon
University. Tom is also
a partner in
Orbitrecords.
