Michael Fredkin and Henry Minsky founded Universal Access Inc. as a partnership in June 1994. They incorporated in October 1994 in Santa Barbara, California.
Fredkin and Minsky forecasted a direction of Internet growth which has been confirmed in the sudden demand for tools to manage electronic information, commerce and entertainment.
Current product development at Universal Access Inc. addresses these areas with the technical expertise, creativity and confidence to create original solutions to the demands of a new technology.
The founders' focus on establishing immediate widespread accessibility of the rapidly growing information resources has brought international interest in WebFaX, their first product. Minsky's technical skills combined with Fredkin's world-class negotiation skills have produced a significant development partnership with FaxBack, Inc., a leader in the fax-on-demand industry.
