CETS Home Page
CETS provides computing support to students,
faculty, and staff of the School of Engineering and
Applied Science. Our microcomputer labs are supervised by a staff
of students trained for computer consulting.
- CETS draws much of its computing power from
Eniac, which
is a group of machines used to support coursework, electronic mail,
netnews, World-Wide Web, as well as other services. Accounts
on the system are available for SEAS students, faculty
staff, and students taking SEAS courses.
- CETS maintains eight microcomputer
laboratories for
instructional computing, all of which are networked into SEAS Net.
Lab locations are shown on an
interactive map.
- Please contact CETS for help with computing in SEAS.

Eniac User's Guide is a great starting
point for those who are just getting acquainted with Eniac. It
explains the basic structure of UNIX, describes a few
commands that you might find useful, and much more.
