Russell Magnuson has over 14 years of experience designing technology solutions for commercial and government customers. Russ is the chief architect and technology manager for Results Direct and is responsible for the design and ongoing operations of all Results Direct servers. He is proficient in Unix, Windows and Windows NT software and his programming experience includes C and assembler. Prior to working with Results Direct, Russ was a senior engineer for ManTech International, where he led project teams for clients such as IBM, Motorola and the U.S. Navy.
Karen is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BFA in Media Arts. Her background includes media design, management and production, computer programming, direct mail and customer service. Karen has designed and produced instructional and training materials, advertising and marketing materials for print, video and Internet media.
