A mailing address to which bug reports on any PCI products may be sent. This is also a suitable place to send complaints, though constructive ideas should be sent to ideas@pci.on.ca.

A mailing list for the discussion of EASI/PACE and other PCI Products. This list is meant to be an informal user-to-user discussion forum, as well as providing a user forum in which PCI's R & D department can propose new areas of development. This list is archived and subscription requests may be sent to discuss-request@pci.on.ca.

A mailing list of announcements from PCI. These announcements will include new product releases, and PCI events such as open houses. This list will be moderated by PCI, and traffic kept under 20 messages a month. This list is archived and subscription requests may be sent to announce-request@pci.on.ca.

Questions from customers with paid up support contracts may be directed to this email address. These requests will be received by a member of PCI's support staff.
