Finding prostitutes: Read the newspapers "Soov", "Kuldne brss", "Nelli Teataja" or "Eeti Ekspress". The ads are just pictures of naked women with phone numbers.

Girls: mostly Russians and Estonians, age 18-35, 

The prices I mentioned: 300-500 EEK (1 USD = 11.5 EEK (the dollar is
low now :)) is 1 hour with a girl. During that hour you can do as much
you can: BJ, fuck as many times you are able to. Most of the girls
don't do anal sex, but asking the dispatcher you can find out if
there is a willing girl. Condom is a must, but sometimes you can find
a girl, who makes a BJ without.
