Learning Environment

    Application Procedure

    Submitting an Application

    1. Please complete the application form, and enclose one copy of transcripts of academic records, certificates, etc.

    2. Send or bring your application to the Academic Director at the above address.

    3. The confidential reference forms should be given or sent to your two referees, who will then return them directly to OnLine Education.

    Selection Interviews

    Suitable applicants will be invited to attend a selection interview as soon as possible after their application has been received. Please bring the originals of your certificates to the interview for verification.

    Application Approval

    At the interview, you will be informed whether or not your application is considered acceptable for forwarding to the University, who make the final decision on which students are to be accepted.

    Prior to an acceptable application being forwarded, 10% of the course fee is required to be paid on deposit, as shown in the Fee Payment instructions which follow.

    Fee Payment

    1. Deposit

    A payment equivalent to 10% of the course fee is required to be put on deposit prior to an acceptable application being forwarded to the University of Paisley for consideration. This deposit will be refunded if your application is rejected by the University, or a conditional offer is made which you do not wish to take up. However, if you are accepted for the course for which you applied and you subsequently chose not to enroll the deposit will not be refunded.

    2. Balance

    The balance of the course fee will be payable on the registration day.

    Student loan scheme

    An agreement has been reached with Dao Heng Bank to provide a "Personal Education Loan Programme" on favorable terms for students accepted into courses provided through OnLine Education. Details of the loan scheme are available.
