Terms and Conditions

1. Aaron Scott Internet Consultants (ASIC) may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting.

2. The entire contents of the Showcase is copyrighted.

3. Each user of the New South Showcase agrees to look solely to the store or other information or service provider, and not ASIC, for any warranty, refund, guaranty, or other claim regarding any order or product or service furnished or ordered.

4. ASIC will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on the Showcase, but all users agree that all use of the index is at your own risk. Neither ASIC nor any merchant, information or service provider or other party listed on the Showcase, nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Showcase, shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Showcase, any errors or omissions in the listings, or the products and services obtained by you.

5. This agreement shall be in effect from your first use of the Showcase. ASIC reserves the right to deny access to any user, however, the disclaimers and limits of liability above shall survive termination for any reason. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, as a contract made and performed in that state.
