Welcome to the Microsoft Financial Forum

The Microsoft Financial Forum provides financial information about Microsoft to shareholders, analysts, and anyone else with a financial interest in our company.

For the past two years, Microsoft has posted our annual reports, quarterly financial results, and other informational materials on our FTP and Gopher servers. As of September 25, 1995, we are extending this service to the Microsoft Network and to our World Wide Web server.

We have some exciting new things in store for you here: an interactive annual report, which allows you to manipulate charts and view the company's financial data in different formats; online editions of major filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission; and a direct link back to the Microsoft Investor Relations Department, which sponsors these pages.

This service will continue to grow and evolve, too, as more and more people look to electronic services as a primary source of investment and corporate information.
