Description |
||
The Master of Science in Information Networking at Carnegie Mellon is a fourteen-month program integrating four major elements: communications, computers and information technology, business applications and policy studies. The program also includes an intensive design project or independent thesis.
Uniting faculty from the schools of Engineering, Computer Science and Industrial Administration, the INI Masters Degree Program uniquely combines education in each of the underlying disciplines as students take courses alongside graduate students in each of the three schools.
The Institute has graduated more than 200 students since its founding in 1989. The curriculum has individual tracks to prepare students for careers in telecommunications, the computer industry, computer integrated manufacturing, systems integration and consulting, and financial services. |
