Members and Affiliates

HCOG's members are:

• Brigham and Women's Hospital
• Children's Hospital
• Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
• Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention at the Harvard School of Public Health
• Harvard Medical School
• Joint Center for Radiation Therapy (JCRT)
• Massachusetts General Hospital
• New England Deaconess Hospital

All members are represented on the Board of Advisors. For administrative purposes, HCOG is coordinated by the Joint Center for Radiation Therapy and its Board of Directors, and Dana-Farber assists with data management and statistical support.

In addition to the full members of HCOG, an affiliates program has been organized with other medical centers. Institutions may also participate in HCOG activities through their relationship with a member institution. The West Roxbury Veterans Administration Hospital and Harvard Community Health Plan actively participate in HCOG committee meetings and protocol development through their affiliation with the Brigham and Women's Hospital. The community-hospital affiliates that participate in HCOG include MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River, St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, and Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge.
