We will try our best to make our services work for you.

We want our service to work for you, so if you need help getting your package to work, you may give us a telephone call, or send us an electronic mail message.

This includes assistance with getting various SLIP and PPP packages going. While we can't guaranty we can get every possible package to work over the phone, we will try our best to help you.

Every few weeks, we offer a Windows SLIP/PPP training session. Subscribers are welcome to join us at our offices in Plymouth. At this session, we show subscribers how to use the Internet, and answer questions about usage and setup. This also gives us a chance to get to know our subscribers.
