The Committee for Shareware Guilt Abatement, founded in 1991 by Palo Alto Writer Paul Pease, today announced the Second Shareware Pay Up Day (SPUD), to be held again on March 17th -- St. Patrick's Day -- 1996. The Committee has been augmented this time by Coolware, Inc., Web Site Developers headquartered next door to Pease in Palo Alto, CA.
