Within seven vintages, Forest Hill has established itself as one of the most distinguished Chardonnay producers in California. Vintners David and Kathy Manace have hand-crafted a wine that is consistently rich and elegant in the tradition of the premier cru Puligny Montrachets of Burgundy with the concentration and depth of California fruit.

Forest Hill is the first winery to go on-line on the Internet, as featured in "Shopping the Cyber-Mall" in the April 1995 issue of Smart Money, The Wall Street Journal Magazine of Personal Business.

Robert M. Parker, Jr., preeminent American wine reviewer, has called Forest Hill wines "stunningly rich, elegant Chardonnays" (Food & Wine, March 1994) and "beautifully pure and well-balanced, with aromas and flavors of vanillin, ripe apples and honey..." (The Wine Advocate, April 30,1993).

Forest Hill Vineyard produces only 1000 cases of Chardonnay each year, exclusively at the reserve level.
