READ USA Mailorder contains thousands of different general interest and computer books, audio tapes and multimedia titles at substantially reduced prices. General Interest books are discounted 20% off list prices, computer books are discounted 15% to 25% off list prices, and titles that are specially requested are discounted 10%. Multimedia titles are discounted 25% off manufacturer's suggested retail price.

PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, all you need to do is fill out the online order form. While you browse the bookstore, you just need to jot down the item number along with the title you would like and enter this information onto the order form. Of course, you will also need to fill in your name, address and credit card information.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you cannot locate what you are looking for in the online database of titles, it may still be available.
To find if a title is available, simply fill out the form for special requests and we will email you with availability and pricing. If the title is available, you will then have to fill out the order form with the appropriate information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped within two business days, arriving to you within 7 to days, usually less, dependent upon the ship to address. If the order cannot be filled for whatever reason, you will be notified immediately.

For shipments outside the 48 continental United States, shipping charges will be e-mailed back in response to your order. Shipping is through UPS or the US Postal Service.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SATISFACTION
We guarantee the books will arrive in retail quality condition. However, if damage is done during shipping, we will replace it free of charge.
If you have ordered the wrong title, you may return it for credit, as long it has not been read and is resalable condition (no cracked backs), in this case, shipping is not credited. All returns must be within seven days from receipt.
Multimedia or books including software disks are not returnable except for exact exchange once opened, so please read all the accompanying information when you receive the product before you open it.
