Social events
A welcome party will be arranged the first evening of the Conference and a
banquet later in the week. A programme for accompanying family members is also being
considered.
Proceedings
Accepted abstracts (in english) will be published in a volume, to be available at the
Conference.
E-mail Stations
E-mail services will be provided at the conference. A couple of e-mail
stations will be available.
Language
The conference will be held in English. Interpretation service will be
provided in French and possibly also in German.

Second
announcement
Detailed information about conference fees, special student fee, support
for participants from countries in transition, hotel accommodation, travelling and the
publication of papers will be given in the second announcement. This will be distributed
in November to all pre-registered participants. The conference fee will be approximately
2500 SEK including, abstract volume, lunches and coffee.
