Late summer 1998 we will start recruiting Phone Technicians.
A Phone Technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to Packard Bell end-users by phone.
Function requirements:
- Intermediate Vocational Training or equivalent skills
- Extensive knowledge of personal computers (both hard- and software)
- Thorough knowledge of Dos, Windows 3.xx / Windows 95
- Customer oriented
- Communication skills
- Affinity with technical support / troubleshooting in the field
of personal computers
- Fluent command of the French and Dutch language, or;
- Fluent command of the English language, or;
- Fluent command of the German language, or;
- Fluent command of the Spanish and Portuguese language, or;
- Fluent command of one or a combination of the Scandinavian languages and the English language, or;
- Fluent command of the Italian and the English language, or;
- Fluent command of the Greek and the English language.
