Senior Technical Support Engineer


Responsible for providing third-level support to our second-line support teams concerning desktop, portable and sever products. You will have to ensure
third-level technical support by analysing and duplicating compatibility
issues, proposing work-around solutions, following up on the proposed corrections.

Function requirements:
  • Higher Vocational Training or equivalent skills
  • Excellent knowledge of personal computers preferably
    regarding notebooks and peripherals
  • Thorough knowledge of networks, such as Windows NT,
    Novell 3.x / 4.x, SCO-UNIX, TCP/IP
  • Technical support / troubleshooting experience in the field
    of personal computers and networks
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • Command of the French language is an advantage
  • CNE and / or MCSE certificate is an advantage
  • Innovative, customer oriented
  • Strong communication skills.
Location: Wijchen, the Netherlands
