If you're already a This is True subscriber and need to change your address or "unsubscribe", here's what to do.

• Premium Subscribers
  * E-mail your request to changes@thisistrue.com. Mention that you're a Premium subscriber!

• To "unsubscribe" your Free Feed address
  * See the Lyris web page "update" information below, or
  * Forward any issue of True sent to you to leave-this-is-true@lyris.net

• To update your Free Feed address
  * Go to the Lyris web interface at http://www.lyris.net/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=this-is-true.
  * "Log in" with your current e-mail address. Your current address is shown at the bottom of any issue we send you. You will then be able to delete your subscription ("unsubscribe") or change your address by replacing the delivery e-mail address on the "your settings" screen.
  * If you don't have a forms-capable browser, simply forward any copy of True sent to you to leave-this-is-true@lyris.net to unsubscribe your old address, then send a new "subscribe" message from your new address to join-this-is-true@lyris.net
  * To delete an old address: Can't send an e-mail from your old address to delete it? You can either log in to Lyris on the web using your old address and delete it (or, change it to your new address), or you can delete an old address by sending a message to leave-this-is-true@lyris.net with the message: unsubscribe [your-old@address.com] -- including the [square brackets] -- or you can forward a copy of any issue of True sent to your old address to leave-this-is-true@lyris.net.

• If after you've tried these instructions you are still having problems with your subscription, send a note saying what you want to do and what happened when you tried to do it to changes@thisistrue.com. If you do not include the response from the server, we will not be able to help you!
