Special Guest Moderator: Rosalie White, WA1STO, of ARRL Headquarters' Education Division. All kids (<18) in Attendance Eligible for Prizes Boulder County's Emergency Communications Van Mobile Command Post for emergency communications for law enforcement, fire, and disasters includes Boulder County Amateur Radio Emergency Service (BCARES) packet, ATV, 2 meter and 440 MHz amateur stations. Also: a Fast Scan color Amateur Television (ATV) demonstration.
