In the opening scene at the baseball game, the announcer thanks the crowd for coming to see the St. Louis Cardinals. The fans are sitting in yellow seats, but all of the seats in Busch Stadium in St. Louis are red.
Parent Trap
When the "twins" are singing "Let's Get Together" they are standing side by side. Watch closely - because of the split screen, one twin's arm disappears for just a second when she swings it upwards.
When the twins are singing "Let's Get Together," the shadow of the little statue in the background disappears then reappears again.
In the part where the girls are at camp in the cabin (after their hair has been cut) the tomboy twin is standing on the bed. Throughout the film, the tomboy twin has on tennis shoes, but when shes standing on the bed talking you can she that she has the other twin's shoes on, which are flat dress shoes. She should be wearing the tennis shoes because she is the tomboy twin.
Passenger 57
You can tell what order the scenes were shot in simply from the condition of Wesley Snipes' face. The actor obviously had a horrible skin problem throughout the film production - his face is riddled with acne and boils. When watching the film, keep particular attention to the right side of Snipes' face (in fact, many scenes are shot in order to avoid his right profile) for huge boil on his cheek - it keeps appearing and disappearing throughout the movie. Furthermore, you can even tell what scenes had to be reshot cause the unsightly blemish appears and disappears even within the same scene.
Patriot Games
When Cathy Ryan enters the highway off of Rowe Blvd (before the crash), she's supposedly heading toward DC. In fact, she continues back toward Annapolis instead of toward DC.

The Peacemaker
In one of the first scenes with Nicole Kidman, when she comes out off the water after swimming her shoulders and hair are very wet, next shot she is dry.
There is a big car chase scene through the streets of Vienna, Austria. As they fly down one of these Viennese streets, there are American STOP and one-way signs visible at the end of the road.
Pee Wee's Big Adventure
When Pee Wee is chaining up his beloved bike you can see the long chain coming up through the bottom of the bike box.
In the scene where Pee Wee is driving while Mickey is sleeping and he is passing all these signs that warn the road is going to become curvy, if you look at the bottom of the signs, you can see they are being moved on a track while the camera stays stationary.
In the pet store fire scene, you see an aquarium full of fish. At one point Pee Wee stops to rescue them by scooping them into a plastic bag filled with water. While he's doing this, the aquarium is nearly empty. In the last scene of the sequence (as he's running out of the store with the snakes), the aquarium is again chock-full of fish.
The Pelican Brief
In one scene you can briefly see that Julia Roberts wears a wedding ring, but the character was single and wears no rings at all.
The Phantom
The Sang Brotherhood live deep within a cave on a deserted island in the Caribbean. They have supposedly been there for generations, but, unless they eat their pet sharks and the moss on the rocks, they wouldn't be able to stay there more than a week.
The evil pilotress keeps our heroine captive in what looks like a kitchen, or some kind of storage room on a ship. At one point, The Phantom falls down a laundry chute, and lands in this room. Why does the laundry chute lead to the kitchen? Why not the laundry room?
Philadelphia
In the scene where the lawyer, played by Denzel Washington, and his wife are about to have dinner, she takes the salad bowls into the dinning room and sets them on the corner of the table. She returns to the kitchen for a second and then when they enter the dinning room again the bowls are on their plates.
The Philadelphia Experiment
Right before they roll the credits at the end of the movie, you see the black limo driving down the pier, away from the ship (USS Nimitz). The pier in question is "Pier 12" at Norfolk Naval Station and if you note the direction the chauffeur is headed, the occupants are about to get very wet... he is heading the wrong way... off the end of the pier!
Picture Perfect
There is a scene where Jennifer Aniston comes home and her mother is standing right there. Jennifer starts yelling at her mom. When Jennifer first comes in the door she puts her purse behind her back on the counter. The purse is leaning on her back. If Jennifer were to move, the purse would have fallen on the floor. In the next shot, Jennifer is further away from the counter and the purse is standing straight up as if it was perfectly put there.
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
When John Candy is singing "The Mess Around" in the car, the car swerves, and a hubcap from the passenger side rolls off. The hubcap is back on in the next scene.
Platoon
At the end of the movie soldier Francis stabs himself in the left leg so he can get out of the war, and minutes later as he is in the helicopter the bandage is on his right leg, and his left trouser leg isn't even ripped.
Point Break
In the scene where the personality of Tyler is verified by computer, they say that she has blonde hair and green eyes. But in the movie Tyler has dark hair and brown eyes.
In the scene where Keanu Reeves fights with the Red Hot Chili Pepper and his friends, his surfboard is broken in half. However, in the early morning surf scene where is walking down the beach with Lori Petty and realises that he is probably with the ex-presidents, he is carrying the same surfboard.
Patrick Swayze has a shotgun in a scene where he's forcing the FBI agent to come on a plane with him. In this one scene, he cocks that gun at least twice and perhaps a third time, without the benefit of firing it once.
Popcorn
During one scene, before the main character is to go to the film festival, her mother tells her not to go. As she says this, a crewman can be seen walking across the porch in the background.
Posse
In this there's a horse that has apparently ridden up a cliff, and an electrical burning brand that can be changed onto different flame settings.
Powder
Near the end, when Powder and the girl are sitting at the picnic table, the girl's father runs up and grabs Powder. The girl stands up and steps over the picnic table bench. The scene cuts to a closeup of Powder, then back to a wide scene where the girls is standing up and stepping over the bench again.
Predator
After they catch the predator in the net and it breaks free, the laser blast breaks a big part of a tree and it heads toward a soldier, hitting him head on. If you watch closely when they show an above shot of the tree hitting the guy, you can see an air pressured pad pushing the tree on the ground into him.
The Presidio
When Mark Harmon's character arrives at Sean Connery's house, as he gets out of the car
he slams the door, but the sound
of the door comes a few seconds later.
Presumed Innocent
When the reporters surround Harrison Ford, there are no tapes in the tape recorders.
Pretty in Pink
There is a scene where Molly Ringwald is confronting her father about lying about seeing a counsellor. His hair is sweaty and messed up a bit and then it changes position to Molly Ringwald and back to her father. Then you will notice that his hair is combed.
At the end, at the prom, Andrew McCarthy's hair is clearly much shorter (and combed really weird!) than in the rest of the movie. Sure you could argue, "maybe he got a haircut for the prom". But a couple of scenes earlier, it shows everyone getting ready for the prom, including him, and his hair is the same as it is all through the movie, up until the prom scene.
Pretty Woman
On the movie poster, Richard Gere's hair is brown. In the movie it's grey.
At one point he calls her "Julia" instead of Vivian.
The morning after her first night at the hotel, room service brings breakfast. She is eating a croissant in one scene, in the next it's a pancake, and the pancake goes from being half done to being a whole pancake again.
The sorbet cups in the restaurant scene roam around a bit.
When she is watching I Love Lucy, she goes over to Richard Gere and undoes his tie, and then goes to get a pillow or something, in the next shot of him his tie is done again, then goes back to being undone.
In the beginning of the movie, after Richard Gere and Julia Roberts spend their fist night together, he orders her breakfast. In one of the scenes she's eating a pancake and has taken 2 bites out of it. Then the camera moves to Richard and back and if you closely look at the pancake, she had only taken 1 bite of it!
In the scene where she is eating the croissant then the pancake, her hair is shorter and pulled behind her shoulder (I think like that) and then in the next scene her hair is longer and in front of her shoulder.
At the very beginning, when Julia Roberts is approaching Richard Gere's car she approaches the car from the wrong side. She comes from the front of the car even though the scene shows her coming from behind.
When they are sitting in the park the day Richard Gere takes off of work, one scene she takes off his shoes to convince him to walk in the grass in bare feet, but in the next scene they have reappeared.
When Vivian is standing at the elevator at the hotel after the polo match trying to leave because she is mad at Edward, from the side shots her clothes are over her arm, but in the front shots her arm is over the clothes. (It may be the other way round).
In the scene where Edward and Vivian first meet, and they drive off, he switches
drivers, then when she first gets in, she says, "Put on your seatbelts, I am taking
you for a ride..." So she and Edward put on their seatbelts, but in the next scene
she doesn't have it on.
Primal Fear
There's a scene near the beginning where Richard Gere goes to the jailhouse to talk to the accused. You see him get out of his car and walk directly to the jailhouse door, he doesn't talk to the reporters at all, but a few minutes later there's a shot of him watching a TV set, with a newscast of him walking from his car to the jail house, talking to the reporters as he goes.
Very often you can see the boom mike coming in from the top of the screen. Edited out of the video.
Primary Colors
There is a scene where John Travolta is campaigning in Manchester NH. He is shown
talking with a counter boy in a "Krispy Kremes" donut shop. There is no Krispy
Kreme in Manchester, or even in NH... this is a southern chain. Would have been
more geographically correct to use "Dunkin Donuts".
The Prince of Tides
When the kid is playing his violin in the train station, his case at first (shot from a high angle) is about three feet away from him and then when the shot is close the case is right next to him.
Princess Bride
When Grandpa is reading to the boy, first the boy's sandwich is whole, then there are some bites taken, then it's whole again.
If you play the scene where they're tumbling down the hill in slow motion, Buttercup has a beard!
The Grandpa opens the book twice. He first opens it when he is talking to the boy. The shot changes as they boy talks back. Then it goes back to Grandpa and he opens the book for a second time.
When Fezzik is about to climb the rope going up the Cliffs of Insanity with Inigo, Vizzini and Buttercup all harnessed to him, Buttercup is the most visibly seen (besides Fezzik) in the camera. When Fezzik starts to ascend the rope, it is clearly obvious that Buttercup is a stuffed dummy because her head is flopped completely back.
In the scene where Fezzik is hurling a rock at Wesley, watch carefully and you'll see the rock explode before it hits anything.
There is a scene where Westley is matching wits with Fezzini. In every shot of Fezzini
and Buttercup, her hair changes.
In one shot, half of it is over her shoulder in the next shot it is all down her back.
This happens all through the scene.
When Westley and Inigo are dueling, Westley flings his sword so that it sticks into the ground and then athletically flips from a bar to where the sword is and nonchalantly reaches down and back and takes it out of the ground. But if you watch, he lands too far away from the sword to do this.
Prophecy
The elderly Indian wallah is shown living in a teepee. In the section of New England where the movie takes place, the Native Americans lived in lodge houses.
Psycho
More trivia than error, but the blood in the infamous shower scene is actually chocolate syrup.
After the the girl dies in the shower scene, she swallows.
When Norman Bates goes to clean up the chocolate syrup (blood) left behind by his newly murdered victim in the bathroom, he closes the top on the toilet. But when the detective (I think) and the sister come and investigate in the bathroom, they find a piece of paper in the now open toilet.
Pulp Fiction
When John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson are fired at in the apartment, the bullet holes are already in the wall before the gun is fired.
At the beginning, Amanda Plummer's character screams that she's gonna kill "every last mother fu*kin' one of you." In the last scene it's changed to "every last one of you motherfu*kers!"
More trivia than blooper, but in the opening scene, you can see the bottom half of Vincent on the way to the bathroom while Pumpkin and Honey Bunny are talking, and you can also hear Jules talking.
When Vincent takes Mia to Lance's house to give her the adrenaline shot, two board games are visible in the background. They are "Operation" and "Life" - appropriate.
The car that Jackson and Travolta accidentally shot that kid in changed from a black car (when they picked up their guns from the trunk) to a white car, when they were cleaning the blood & brains. So when Tarantino says "I can hardly believe it's the same car," it's more than a little irony.....
Pure Luck
When Danny Glover interrogates the guy the gun very clearly keeps switching from a Beretta 92 to a Colt M1911A1.
