Senior Order Administrator

Working within the CRD (Components Recovery Division) based at
St Barthelemy, this role will support the existing and developing needs
of the inventory group who are responsible for the inventory availability
and serviceability to Customer Service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • To provide a central point of contact for the Customer Service
    team in Wijchen.
  • To act as an internal watchdog function to ensure that internal support areas are functioning in an optimum way, with an
    aim to provide 100% on time shipments.
  • To actively communicate, negotiate and agree on revised
    shipment dates where necessary.
  • To facilitate issues in the supply chain which can impact
    on time delivery Eg. system issues, allocation, pick list,
    shuttle and floor communication.
  • To gain a detailed knowledge of the overall process which
    can be translated into system development opportunities
    and hence, a better overall service.
  • To provide an overall account management function with a
    high quality service approach.

Function requirements:

  • Previous experience in a MAAPICS/SOPSYS and Clear Access environment.
  • Service oriented, a team player with a value adding attitude and good communication skills.
  • Good decision maker used to co-ordinating different groups of people.
  • Educational qualifications: A minimum of the Baccalaureate plus five years or equivalent or "A" level standard plus commensurate experience time.
  • This role requires a very good working knowledge of French and English (TOEIC 750 - 800+).
  • Minimum of 3 years commercial working experience within IT sector.
