Questions & Answers
Ask a question
Q: What if a DNA Computer catches a cold?
A: While a DNA computer isn't actually a living
system, contamination is a problem. Contamination of a
DNA computer with DNA from outside sources could give
incorrect results.
Q: Will fetal DNA be used?
A: No. Synthesized DNA is used for DNA based computers. By
synthesizing the DNA you can make any sequence you want, and you can also
be certain it is free from contaminants.
Q: Will a DNA computer have the same components as a normal
computer i.e. Motherboard, hard drive, expansion slots?
A: While a DNA based computer may actually be run by a conventional
computer, the components of an actual DNA based computer are all molecular
- DNA and modifying enzymes.
