The 3D File Translators make it easy for you to convert from several 3D file formats to or from OpenInventor's format. We're making available a set of stand-alone, file to file translators that convert DXF, SLA (stereolithography), Wavefront's OBJ, Alias, Softimage, IGES and 3DStudio formatted files into OpenInventor format. And we've included a translator that will allow you convert OpenInventor files into Renderman format.
Once you've translated your data into OpenInventor, here are a few of the cool applications you can use your OpenInventor models with: Annotator, Showcase, InPerson, WebSpace, WebMagic, and MediaMail.
