Electronic Sales and Service (ESS)

Electronic Sales and Service Division Objective:

Electronic Sales and Service is a group whose goal is to revolutionize sales and service by building upon Silicon Graphics support technology, which includes extensive use of the Internet and interactive media. Customers, prospects, and our internal community will be able to get answers online to virtually any question. This rapid exchange of information will radically change the way we do sales and support today and will significantly reduce overall sales and support cycles in the future.

Hot Areas:

Product support engineers in software or hardware. We are looking for individuals who have experience in networking, Ethernet, FDDI, C language programming, UNIX, and debugging. We are also looking for individuals with experience in kernel, file systems, and programming device drivers.

Degrees Preferred:

BS/MS in CS, EE or equivalent
