Jorg Zipprick lives in Paris, and writes about cuisine and culinary questions for Männer Vogue, Hotel-Management, Geo-Saison, Abenteuer und Reisen, Savoir-Vivre and Vif Gourmet-Journal, one of Germany's leading food magazines. Originally from Germany, he has lived in Paris since 1990. He is the author of the gastronomic guides Kulinarischer Reisefuehrer Elsass (``The Guide to Culinary Alsace'', Graefe & Unzer, Munich 1994) and Auberges de Provence (Droemer Knaur, Munich, 1995) and wrote the travel-guides Bordeaux und Atlantikkueste (``Bordeaux and the Atlantic coast,'' Dumont, Cologne, 1993 and 1994), "Merian XL Paris" (Graefe & Unzer, Munich 1995) and "Merian XL Provence" (Graefe & Unzer, Munich, will be published 1/96). Jorg Zipprick is planning a guide to gastronomic Paris for 1996.
