The primary source for all Apple service information is Service Source CD which contains over 100 megabytes of information to help technicians perform fast and accurate repairs.
With a Service Source CD subscription, Apple Authorized Service Providers automatically receive at least 10 CDs each year and are assured of having access to the most up-to-date techincal procedures and service programs information available.
We are presently exploring the possiblity of distributing service information on the WWW. Doing so will enable Apple to keep authorized service providers updated on all late breaking news.
