Leather-covered steering wheel (with additional wood trim in the S 600) with airbag, safety steering column with mechanical adjustment for length. In the S 600, steering column electrically adjustable for length and height, with memory feature. Electric adjustment and memory feature are available as an option for all other models. Speed-sensitive power steering is a standard feature throughout the S-class.
