When you buy a Mercedes, you get a car that leaves you as relaxed on arrival as you were when you left home. You don't even have to be in the car to benefit from this relaxing effect. For you, the traditional reliability of a Mercedes means the comforting knowledge that unscheduled trips to the dealer are, and will stay, few and far between.

And to cover this unlikely event, we have a whole package of services awaiting you.

  • Mobility Service: in Western Europe for two years from the date of your car's first registration, you can take a taxi or a hire car, courtesy of Mercedes-Benz, when your car is being repaired under warranty or goodwill and has to stay in the workshop a little longer.
  • Hotline: all it needs is a phone call and one of our service vehicles will be on its way to assist you in an emergency, around the clock.
  • Service network: there are, for instance, more than 1250 service centres in Germany to assist you.
  • Touring Guarantee: should you have a breakdown or start-up problems anywhere in Western Europe or Hungary, this guarantee protects your interests for a full four years, with no red tape attached. In Europe, 2400 service centres ensure your mobility.
  • Mercedes-Card: the first Mercedes made of plastic! Developed by Mercedes-Benz together with Eurocard, this credit card is accepted by more than nine million Mastercard / Eurocard partners throughout the world. For more information simply contact your local appointed Mercedes dealer.
