Carnmoney Golf and Country Club

Airdrie

Woodside Golf Club: Located north of Calgary in Airdrie, this is an 18 hole golf course. More information is coming.

Bragg Creek

Redwood Meadows Golf and Country Club: With this 18 hole (par 72) course located 30 minutes west of Calgary in Bragg Creek, country means taking a step back to nature. This challenging course straddles the Elbow river and winds it way through the evergreens.

Calgary

Cottonwood Golf and Country Club: This is an 18 hole (par70) beauty located 12 km southeast of Calgary. It utilizes natural water hazards offered by the Bow river, plus strategic bunkers, mounds and trees. Phone: (403) 938-7577
Country Hills Golf Club: Nestled in north Calgary, this 27 hole "links" style golf course offers public play on its Ridge 9 hole (par 36) course only - the 18 hole Links is par 72. Phone (403)274-9100.
Elbow Springs Golf Club: This is an 18 hole (par 72) course is located 8 km west of Calgary on highway 8. The fairways are surrounded by natural springs that feed eight ponds which come into play on 11 holes. Services include a ProShop, Driving Range, Practice Green, restaurant and banquet facilities. Fox Hollow: This multi-faceted 18 hole (par 71) course includes Calgary's only Golf Dome - which allows it to be an all year facility. The back nine is longer and has water on 4 holes. The front nine is a little tighter. Phone (403) 277-4653
Harvest Hills: Located in north Calgary, this a 9 hole course. Services include: Pro Shop, licensed lounge and restaurant. Public bookings 1 day in advance. Phone (403) 226-1051.
HeatherGlen Golf Course: Located in East Calgary on Glenmore Trail. This 18 Hole course is rated at Par 72. Services include: equipment rentals, driving range & practice facilities, catering and licensed dining. 3 day advanced booking. Phone (403)236-4653.
Inglewood Golf and Curling Club: Located in south-east Calgary, This semi-private course has 18 holes and is rated par 71. Facilities include a driving range, two practice greens, equipment and power cart rentals, a Pro shop (CPGA Pro Alan Killian), a clubhouse, food service and licensed lounge. This is one of Calgary's most scenic courses, being located alongside the Bow River. Reservations are accepted two days in advance. Phone (403) 299-9666.
Maple Ridge Golf Course: Located in south-east Calgary, this 18 hole course (par 72) is open to the public. Reservations are recommended. Phone (403) 221-3525.
McCall Lake Golf Course: Located in north-east Calgary, this 18 hole course (par 71) is also open to the public. There is a driving range, clubhouse, and full pro shop (complete with CPGA Pro) on site. Reservations are recommended. Phone (403) 221-3510 or (403)221-3525.
Shaganappi Point: Located in south-west Calgary, This par 69, 18 hole course is open to the public. Rentals and snack food are available on site. The CPGA pro is Jay Wilson. Phone (403) 221-3510 or (403) 221-3525.

Valley Ridge: Located in west Calgary. This is a semi-private 27 Hole course. Services include: Pro Shop, practice areas, licensed lounge and dining room and banquet facilities. Phone (403)288-9457.

Water Valley Golf and Country Club: Located 22 miles north of Cochrane, this 9 (18 in fall of 1994) hole course is rated par 36. Services include equipment rentals, a Pro shop, restaurant with banquet facilities and lounge, putting green and driving range. Phone (403)637-2388 for information.

High River

Highwood Golf and Country Club: A short 40 minute drive south of Calgary to High River, this elegant 27 hole course has well contoured fairways which afford wonderful mountain views. Phone (403) 652-3644.

Okotoks

Carnmoney Golf and Country Club: Located south of Calgary, this is a private 18 Hole (par 72) golf course. Out of town visitors are welcome to play Carnmoney. Have your club manager or golf professional phone ahead to arrange a tee time. A $40 (Cdn) quest fee is applicable. New members are being sought. Phone (403) 256-6161.
D'Arcy Ranch Golf Club: Located south of Calgary in the town of Okotoks, This public 18 hole course is par 72. Facilities include a clubhouse, dining room, lounge, pro-shop and driving range.Phone (403) 938-4455 (Calgary and area); 1-800-803-8810 (long distance).
Heritage Pointe: Located 15 miles south of Calgary, this Ron Garl designed 27 Hole course is really three separate nine hole courses - each with its own distinct style and challenges. The Desert course will remind a person of courses in Southern California or Arizona. The Pointe makes extensive use of the natural challenges offered by the Bow River and Pine Creek valleys. The Heritage course, like its name, is a more classic design relying on the natural features of the area's landscape. For more information call (403) 256-9192.
