SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. -- March 22, 1995 -- Borland International Inc.'s Paradox 5.0 for Windows outperformed Microsoft Access and one other product as the winner of InfoWorld Magazine's Programmable Windows Database Roundup (issue dated March 20, 1995). Paradox for Windows received an overall score of 8.4, compared to a 7.8 score for Microsoft's Access and a 4.9 for Alpha Software Corporation's Alpha 5 for Windows.
