This course, based upon PC/TCP OnNet Network Software for DOS / Windows, is designed to help entry level software support personnel and experienced PC users to learn more about networking with TCP/IP and the effective use of FTP Software's products.
Whether you will be responsible for supporting PC/TCP OnNet for DOS/Windows users on a local network, or if you want to get the most out of your new installation of the product, you will benefit from attending this class.
The prerequisites for this class include knowledge of the use and configuration of a personal computer, as well as the installation and maintenance of MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows. Recommended experience includes installation of PC/TCP and a minimum of three months use of the product. Our classes build upon this existing knowledge base.
