This course is designed for advanced technical staff responsible for supporting FTP Software's PC/TCP OnNet for DOS/Windows as well as FTP Software's entire product line. The course is a technical and in-depth look at the new features and enhancements available in the latest releases of PC/TCP Network Software for DOS/Windows, PC/TCP OnNet for DOS/Windows, Services OnNet, and other FTP Software products.
Course attendees should have at least one year of PC/TCP support experience. Individuals should have taken the Advanced PC/TCP Support Course, or the PC/TCP Protocols and Internals course before attending the Support Update course. This course is an update of the material presented in the Advanced PC/TCP Support course.
Students will explore, in-depth, the new features of the latest release of PC/TCP, PC/TCP OnNet and other FTP Software products. This course focuses on new product details, kernel enhancements, new and enhanced applications, and new instalation and configuration options.

FTP Software will provide computers and other necessary equipment for the extensive hands-on sessions that make up a large portion of this course. Attendees will also be given notes, documentation, and special support reference materials.
