We will bundle all these items for $199.00 - The package weight is 9.5lbs. Customer is also responsible for paying Duties (custom's charges) and shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges will be the following: 
Canada:         $19.00
Europe:         $84.50
Japan:          $84.50
Australia:      $95.50
Elsewhere:      $84.50
When the tour leaves the United states, these items will not be available from concert sites. All merchandise will be tailored for the region in which it is sold. (i.e. shirts will have Japanese wording when sold in Japan) so this is your only opportunity to get American Tour goods.
