Hire costs include a
financial contribution to cover :
The scientific work: research,
prospection and organization. The
design of the catalog: authors, iconography, reproduction rights,
maquette. The purchase of 500
catalogs at cost price.
The Biennale will be available from April 1996.

The price will be FFr550 000 ($100 000) for a complete re-staging. The shows and concerts organized in Lyon during the Biennale may be included in such re-stagings, subject to negotiation.
Other charges to be
assumed by the organizing body include : Transport of the works from, and
back to, Lyon. On-site insurance. Installation and museography on site. Communications expenses. Hi-tech equipment (computers, video
monitors, etc...). Organizational
expenses.In the framework of a partnership concerning the loan of equipment, a re-staging of the Biennale is not subject to a hire cost.
