W3C

The World Wide Web Consortium promotes the Web by producing specifications and reference software. W3C is funded by industrial members but its products are freely available to all. The Consortium is run by MIT with INRIA acting as European host, in collaboration with CERN where the web originated.

Arena
A general-purpose browser built on top of the multithreaded version of the W3 reference library. Arena is designed to reflect the status of the HTML3 specifications, and currently supports tables, math, and an experimental style sheet mechanism.

Line Mode Browser
A character based W3 browser developed for use on terminals and as a test tools for the Library of Common Code.
