This is not a comlete list. Among
other omissions, there are many co-rulers not listed. For reference,
here is a map of the Roman Empire (_Long's Classical Atlas,_ New York,
1867. Plate 4.). It shows the empire in 119 AD, when it was at its
greatest extent.
