Quality Assurance Lead

We're an aggressive start-up creating great technologies & products for the on-line multimedia revolution. Our first product, RealAudio, delivers audio in realtime over the Internet and has been met with tremendous excitement and interest. We're seeking a gifted and energetic, make-it-happen person to lead the testing of a leading-edge client-server software product. As QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the quality expectations of our customers. You will be expected to:

• participate in all phases of the development, test and release processes.
• recruit, hire and manage testers
• define testing and release criteria

To qualify, you need:

• BS Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field
• 2+ yrs as a Test manager/lead or QA manager/lead on a substantial software project
• Great attention to detail and very strong organizational skills.
• A small team attitude. Creativity, independence & great communication skills.
• To be hard working, aggressive, & dedicated. An entrepreneurial approach.
