Human Resources Manager

We're a fast-growing start-up creating great technologies and products for the online media revolution. We're seeking an energetic, take charge, well-organized upbeat person to manage our human resources and our recruiting efforts. You will be responsibl e for assuring that we recruit first class staff with diverse and talented backgrounds. Your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and Managing a Professional Recruiting Operation
• Orienting New Hires
• Managing PN benefits programs
• Managing the PN staff evaluation programs
• Handling other personnel management issues

To qualify, you need:

• A college degree (technical background a plus!)
• Two plus years in high tech recruiting and human resource management
• Technical aptitude
• The energy and confidence to build a new function in a rapidly changing environment
