Window-to-Russia (TM) is a Moscow-based project by Relcom Corporation, initiated to give the worldwide network community the means of WWW access to the variety of information resources from and about Russia.

Some resources (both local to this server and linked) are in Russian, so we recommend to install koi8-r (RFC-1489) Cyrillic fonts to view Russian texts -- try www.elvis.ru for this purpose. However, we will try to place as many "English-speaking" and multilingual sources as possible.
