Macintosh TechNotes are errata and addenda for Inside Macintosh. This is an experimental service. As always, C.K. tells me that we disown any idea of whether this information is accurate, useful, or interesting.

You should also be aware that these tech notes are automatically generated from Macintosh documents stored in various arcane formats. We expect that you will see formatting difficulties within these documents. If you find something particularly bad, please let us know. We hope you understand that comprehensive editing of each tech note would prevent us from keeping these tech notes up to date, due to limited resources.
