In cooperation with its partners in the U.S.A. and Japan, FIZ Karlsruhe is operating the host STN International, offering public access to databases with scientific, technical, and supplementary business information. In its function as European STN Service Center, FIZ Karlsruhe offers access to more than 190 electronic databases in almost all fields of science and technology, including patents.
Also take a look at our WWW server in Berlin, Germany. That server (with some pages in German) is maintained by our Department of Mathematics and Computer Science.
