Price for Schwarz Pharma shares fixed at DM 53
On conclusion of the book-building period, during which the shares in Schwarz Pharma AG with a nominal value of DM 5 were offered at a price range from DM 49 to 56, the price was fixed at DM 53. The placement volume of the shares offered is DM 262 million.
The shares met with very keen interest among international and domestic investors: Around 60% of the shares were placed with private and institutional investors in Germany; the rest of the issue was placed abroad. Listing of the Schwarz Pharma share in official trading will begin on June 19, 1995 on the Duesseldorf and Frankfurt stock exchanges.
