FileBoss for Linux/UNIX
FileBoss Features
Presenting FileBoss the ultimate file management utility
for the UNIX environment. Some of the features include:
FTP FileBoss NOW!
The best way to find out about FileBoss is to try it out! Get the dynamically linked version first. If it fails to find the proper libraries, get the statically linked version. Also get the .fbrc FileBoss configuration file (my example configuration) and the FileBoss.info online help file and save both of these to you home directory. Once you have the files, run the executable and try it out...press the help key for help on the part of the interface the mouse is over.
- Linux static and dynamically linked versions!
- fb is the main executable (linux) dynamically linked (gzipped 30k)
- fb is the main executable (linux) statically linked (gzipped 640k)
- SunOS static and dynamic versions
- fb is the main executable (sun4) dynamically linked (gzipped 40k)
- fb is the main executable (sun4) statically linked (gzipped 645k)
- Get the config and help files (they are common to both linux and SunOS)
- .fbrc is the config file (it goes in $HOME)
- FileBoss.info is the online help file (it goes in $HOME)
Once you have tried out FileBoss, if you are interested in using it in the future, fill out this registration form to receive information on:
