For the IBM® or Compaq family of personal computers and all 100% compatibles under Microsoft Windows 3.0, 3.1 or 100%-compatible later version. Turbo C++ for Windows creates Windows programs only and requires an 80286 (processor) or higher. A hard disk, 2Mb extended memory, EGA, Hercules or VGA graphics, mouse or other pointing device required. 10Mb hard disk space required for minimum installation.
