About GNA

GNA is a worldwide non-profit consortium of educational and research organizations. Our mission is to improve education by creating a marketplace for courses as well as to offer administrative and technical services to organizations and individuals who are presenting online courses.

More information about GNA is available in a letter from the GNA President outlining the philosophy of GNA and a description of GNA services offered to consortium members and approved courses.

What's new.: What's new on this web server.
Course Catalog and Frequently Asked Questions: Our course catalog lists active and planned courses by our member institutions as well as answers questions about GNA. The course catalog contains hypertext links to allow you to contact the instructor and receive registration information.
Personnel center: Our personnel center contains a personnel database which may be used to locate personnel for educational projects.
GNA Library: The Library provides custom services for GNA members as well as links to several comprehensive indexes of online information.
Textbooks: Various online textbooks in use in GNA classes.
Technical Documentation: Documentation and tutorials on GNA technical systems including web and MOO's.

Getting Involved with GNA

Personnel Contact Form: If you have time, expertise, or computer resources to donate to GNA, please fill out a personnel contact form.
Course Submissions: We are currently accepting course proposals for new classes. Approved course proposals will be added to the course catalog. All course proposals are forwarded to member institutions for possible inclusion in their curriculum.
Member Applications: We are looking for organizations to join our consortium.
