University of Wales Images of Jupiter

Pictures of Jupiter with a 10 inch reflector.

These images were taken from the roof of the Physics and Astronomy Department of the U.W.C.C. in the centre of cardiff. A ccd camera was used and some image processing has been applied to the pictures.

Images taken sometime on the 21/7/94 between 21:00 U.T. and 22:00U.T.

Image taken on 22/7/94 20:21 U.T. (unprocessed)

Same but with some image processing.

The disturbance due to impact U seems to have grown quite considerably.
