Beaver Meadow Observatory Images of Jupiter

Beaver Meadow Observatory Images of Jupiter

10 Images of Jupiter taken at Beaver Meadow Observatory North Java NY. Instrument used: 12.5" f/6.8 GEM, 2.5 Barlow, 12.5mm eyepiece.

The images were taken using a "Cookbook" CCD camera based on a TI-245 charged coupled device.

I used an OIII filter to increase the contrast of the impact sites. The manufacturers specifications for the filter are:

              96% 496nm, 76% 501nm, .8% 486nm

Anyone interested in the raw data (FITS format) may contact me via email.
